Delete your whole account

Sign in and open Your account (go there), then choose Delete my account and type your email to confirm. Your sign-in and personal details are erased at once. Workspaces only you are in are deleted too: hidden right away and erased for good after 7 days.

Delete a workspace

Owners can delete a workspace from its Settings. It disappears for everyone at once and is erased after 7 days. Cancel any paid plan first.

Disconnect an Instagram account

On the Accounts page, choose the bin next to the account. Its access is deleted immediately. You can also remove Minarva from Instagram itself: in the app, go to Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Minarva. Instagram then tells us to delete everything we hold for that account, and gives you a confirmation code to check progress.

Followers on a Lifeboat page

Every email from a Lifeboat page has an unsubscribe link. It removes you from that list at once.

Download first

Before deleting, you can download everything we hold about you from Your account. Backups are already in your own storage and aren’t touched.
